Caring for a child is not an easy task. Being a mother is a huge challenge, and almost all mothers work 24 hours a day 7 days a week to complete the endless homework.
Mothers play an important role in their children’s lives. A mother should be kind at times and strict at other times. Working mothers, in particular, are living difficult life. A mother’s selfish love for her children cannot be described in words. I have to thank all my mothers or say a large family that manages everything efficiently.
Many companies offer women a choice to work from home. This helps them find a balance between work and personal life. This is especially true if you have small children to care for. Working from home has many advantages, but also challenges. Through my blog, I would like to highlight five challenges faced by mothers who choose to work from home.

1. There is no set routine
Staying at home disrupts the daily life of a mother who works from home. Because she has a lot to juggle with her housework and her office work. Most women end up multitasking. And she has no time to rest. A day starts with completing one or the other. When I go to work, I follow a 9:05 routine, but when I work from home there is no set time.
2. Poor internet connection also affects other businesses.
An unexpected power outage or a bad internet connection can affect office work for seconds, minutes, or hours. This can also affect your home business.
3. Can be taken for granted
When working from home, your spouse and children may think your job is the best in the world. They can expect you to do all the chores, meet their needs and complete office chores. Simply put, it can be taken for granted.
4. Lots of distractions
The atmosphere in your home can be relaxing and distracting. You may also feel compelled to do some outstanding chores. You want to keep your home clean and tidy while working on your laptop. Motivation to focus on work begins to diminish.
5. An unexpected guest is coming
There are days when you are preparing an important call and suddenly the phone rings. No one might expect it, but it’s a bit close when you open the door. Now you have to manage your guests and meetings somehow.
